Fresh Ground Burgers

Ingredients
- 3-5 Slices of Bacon
- 2 lbs. of Chuck (or Brisket, Sirloin, Short Ribs)
Directions
- Chop bacon and chuck into sizes no larger than 1" cubes
- Alternate tossing meat into grinder as per your grinder’s instructions
- Aim for a 20% fat to 80% muscle content

There are very few things worth doing from scratch. This is easily one of those
times. Adding the bacon made the house smell like breakfast and my calorie
tracker panic.
If you already have a stand mixer, the grinder attachment
is ~$35 and well worth the investment.
